Overexpression of adenosine 5′-monophosphate deaminase increased umami substance—Inosine 5′- mononucleotide and promoted Neopyropia yezoensis quality

TL;DR: In this article , the authors constructed overexpression (OE)-, co-suppression (Ci)-, and RNAi (Ri)-type mutants of Nyampd (AMP deaminase of Neopyropia yezoensis), which could catalyze the decomposition of AMP into the umami substance inosine 5′-mononucleotide (IMP) through the genetic transformation system.

Processes and reagents for sulfurization of oligonucleotides

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a process and reagents for oligonucleotide synthesis and purification using 3-amino-1,2,4-dithiazolidine-5-one.
Journal ArticleDOI

An EZH2-NF-κB regulatory axis drives expression of pro-oncogenic gene signatures in triple negative breast cancer

TL;DR: In this article , the histone methyltransferase EZH2 has been studied most extensively in the context of PRC2-dependent gene repression, and it has been shown that EzH2-NF-κB positive regulation of genes and stemness does not require PRC 2.
