TL;DR: A series of 3-indolylmethyl substituted pyrazolotriazinone derivatives were designed and docked into chorismate mutase in silico as potential inhibitors and several of these novel compounds showed significant inhibition of CM when tested in vitro at 30 µM.

TL;DR: The SAR study suggested that 11,12-dihydro analogs were less potent than the compound having unsaturation at the same part of the ring, which was suggested to be the case with benzo[c]phenanthridine.
