Journal ArticleDOI

Poly(ethylene glycol)-supported TEMPO: an efficient, recoverable metal-free catalyst for the selective oxidation of alcohols.

TL;DR: Recycling experiments showed that PEG-TEMPO can be reused up to six times with no loss of catalytic activity, and the new metal-free catalyst exhibits high activity and is easily removed from the reaction mixture by filtration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Water-Repellent Low-Dimensional Fluorous Perovskite as Interfacial Coating for 20% Efficient Solar Cells

TL;DR: This easy and robust approach to synthesize a new fluorous organic cation used as organic spacer to form a low-dimensional perovskite (LDP) with an enhanced water-resistant character limits the interface deterioration in perovSKite solar cells yielding to >20% power conversion efficient solar cells with improved stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

High Open-Circuit Voltage: Fabrication of Formamidinium Lead Bromide Perovskite Solar Cells Using Fluorene–Dithiophene Derivatives as Hole-Transporting Materials

TL;DR: In this paper, four different fluorene-dithiophene derivative-based hole-transporting materials (HTMs) were synthesized via a facile route and were successfully used in the fabrication of formamidinium lead bromide perovskite solar cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Perfluorocarbon-soluble catalysts and reagents and the application of FBS (fluorous biphase system) to organic synthesis

TL;DR: The phase-separation and immobilization technique known as FBS (fluorous biphase system) is becoming more and more popular among researchers in both industry and academia as discussed by the authors, in which the immiscibility of perfluorocarbons with most organic solvents and water is of great advantage.
