Drift-diffusion current in organic diodes
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors carried out a full analysis of the metal-insulator-metal (MIM) model for the organic diode and showed that Schottky theory is only valid when charge injection is poor, that is, for high injection barriers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Organic Diodes with Highly Improved Charge Injection and Transport via One-Pot Treatment Process
Hyeok Kim,Dong-Seok Song,SeongMin Kim,Ji-hoon Jung,Jin-Hyuk Kwon,Do-Kyung Kim,Gilles Horowitz,Muhan Choi,In Man Kang,Jin-Hyuk Bae +9 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Nonlinear Transport in Organic Thin Film Transistors with Soluble Small Molecule Semiconductor.
Hyeok Kim,Dong-Seok Song,Jin-Hyuk Kwon,Ji-hoon Jung,Do Kyung Kim,SeonMin Kim,In Man Kang,Jonghoo Park,Heung-Sik Tae,Nicolas Battaglini,Philippe Lang,Gilles Horowitz,Jin-Hyuk Bae +12 more
TL;DR: A detailed electrical study is outlined that identifies the source to drain field dependent mobility due to thermal activation of carriers among traps in 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) (TIPS) pentacene.

Prepn. of aromatic heterocyclic, esp. thiophene, oligomers - used in electronic and opto-electronic equipment, partic. as thin layer
TL;DR: In this article, it was claimed that the preconditioning of an oligomer of aromatic heterocyclic, partic. oligothiphene, of formula (V) can be achieved in the presence of a catalytic polar solvent.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Stimulated emission in sexithiophene single crystals
TL;DR: In this article, the steady state and transient photoluminescence (PL) measurements were performed on sexithiophene single crystals and three different sets of equally spaced peaks appeared on the steady-state PL spectrum.
