TL;DR: Investigation of prevalence of anxiety or depression in coronavirus disease 2019 patients at 1 to 3 months from virological clearance by hospital anxiety and depression scale found pathological patients with HADS‐A/D more commonly reported symptom persistence, even after adjustment for age, gender, and disease severity.

TL;DR: The unusual fatality rate in the authors' setting is likely to be related to age and the clinical conditions of their patients, and these findings may be useful to better allocate resources of the national healthcare system, in case of re-intensification of COVID-19 epidemics.
