Graph Transformation Units --- An Overview

TL;DR: An overview of the framework of graph transformation units which provides syntactic and semantic means for analyzing, modeling, and structuring all kinds of graph processing and graph transformation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization and complexity of uniformly nonprimitive labeled 2-structures

TL;DR: It is proved that forbidding primitivity in the 2-structures gives a unified approach to some well-known classes of graphs, viz., the cographs and the transitive vertex series-parallel graphs and it is shown that there is a LOGCF algorithm, which recognizes the uniformly nonprimitive 2- structures and constructs their shapes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Equality languages and fixed point languages

TL;DR: A new subclass of dgsm mappings is introduced, the so-called symmetric dgSm mappings, which it is proved that (unlike for arbitrary dg sm mappings) their fixed-point languages are regular but not effectively obtainable.
