The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.

Effect of e-Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Service Quality towards Indonesian School Performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital marketing (DM), e-commerce (EC), business sustainability (BS) and financial performance (FP) of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during Pandemic Covid19 in Indonesia. The relationships between digital marketing and business sustainability, e-commerce and business sustainability, digital marketing and financial performance, e-commerce and financial performance, financial performance and business sustainability are investigated. This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was accomplished by distributing online questionnaires to 120 MSMEs in Banten Indonesia who had experienced the pandemic. The results show that digital marketing had significant effect on business sustainability, e-commerce had significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had significant effect on financial performance. However, e-commerce had no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance had no significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance, e-commerce had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance. The use of digital marketing has been carried out to increase customer awareness. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods. © 2021 by the authors;licensee Growing Science, Canada.

The effect of digital marketing and e-commerce on financial performance and business sustaina-bility of MSMEs during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing on school performance, the influence of innovation on school performance and the influence of digital marketing on school performance. The analytical method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The analysis tool used is with the help of Smart PLS. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to the teacher. The results of the questionnaire returned were 150 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that innovation has a significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has no significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has a significant effect on innovation.

The Influence Of Digital Marketing & Innovasion On The School Performance

This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

The Role of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning and Structure on Innovation Capacity: Evidence from Indonesia Private Schools

The importance of balancing the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence in education is a form of improving the quality of students' self. Self-quality affects the success of the students in the future. In the educational world currently, students ' success is not only reviewed from the intellectual aspect but also their emotional intelligence, namely attitudes and affective skills. However, the implementation of learning is merely transferring knowledge from teachers to students only. The formation of attitudes and affective skills have not been fully implemented. It was demonstrated from the KPAI data in 2019. There were 13% of violence by students to teachers and 30% of violence among students. Therefore, the affective learning model for students is crucial to be conducted. The purpose of this research is to develop and analyze the model of affective Learning at SMA Negeri 2 Bangli. The research method used in this study was Borg and Gall with quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Peranan Lohicca Sutta dalam Peningkatan Pendidikan Karakter Dosen di STMIK Dharmapala Riau. Dalam khotbah Sang Buddha kepada Brahmana Lohicca yang terdapat dalam Lohicca Sutta, Diggha Nikaya menjelaskan tentang guru yang baik dan yang buruk. Dalam sutta tersebut dijelaskan lebih rinci mengenai hal itu yang dapat dijadikan teladan untuk pembentukan kepribadian Dosen. Demikianlah salah satu sutta yang menjelaskan tentang guru yang dapat dijadikan teladan dalam kehidupan ini. Untuk membentuk kepribadian dosen yang baik, hal-hal yang dapat diterapkan dalam khotbah Sang Buddha. Menjadi seorang dosen yang dijadikan figur teladan bagi para peserta didiknya haruslah membuat seorang dosen lebih berhati-hati dalam berpikir, berucap, maupun melakukan tindakan secara jasmani. Hal-hal yang telah diuraikan di atas merupakan panduan yang sangat   bagi seorang dosen dalam memberikan pelajaran kepada para peserta didiknya. Dengan menerapkan kelima hal tersebut seorang guru akan lebih mudah menyampaikan pelajaran kepada peserta didik, dan para peserta didiknya pun menjadi lebih mudah menerima apa yang ia sampaikan. That is one of the suttas that describes a teacher who can be an example in this life. To form the personality of a good lecturer, things that can be applied in the Buddha's discourse. Being a lecturer who is made a role model for students should make a lecturer more careful in thinking, saying, and doing physical actions. The things that have been described above are very guidelines for a lecturer in giving lessons to the students. By applying these five things, a teacher will be easier to deliver lessons to students, and students will also be easier to accept what he said.
