Abstract: Financing school education is one of the issues faced by many countries, this is related to inclusive education, namely education for all people. This article was written to review three financial journals in schools, the evaluation of this article aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses contained in these three articles. The results of the three journals show that there must be an active role for the government in implementing loan schemes for students and support to schools so that the number of education participation can increase significantly.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Servant leadership, Digital leadership and Green Leadership toward Market Performance in the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industry. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 180 sales managers in pharmaceutical companies. The results of data analysis show that Servant leadership, Digital leadership and Green Leadership significantly influence Market Performance in the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industry. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with servant, digital and green variables on market performance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze and calculate the effect of servant leadership on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry, while the indicators of servant leadership are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment, community. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques, Data processing analysis uses SmartPLS software, the subject of this research is the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia, the sample used is 282 sales managers. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling, namely by using Simple Random Sampling. The results of this study show that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry with indicators are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment, community and has a positive and significant effect on sales performance

Abstract: Credit crunch is a matter that causes difficulties for the bank itself, namely in the form of difficulties, especially those concerning the soundness of banks, therefore banks are required to avoid bad loans. The emergence of credit arrears is influenced by several factors, but in this study only limited to internal control factors that still refer to Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition. Analysis of the data used is descriptive method, namely analyzing the realities that are found in the field, then linking them with theories that the author has obtained, so that a conclusion can be drawn which is a solution to the problem at hand. The creditors are not good enough in analyzing the habits of prospective customers. The creditor in giving credit does not do the 5C principles properly and is committed to running in a whole way. Inappropriate policies, especially in the provision of loans without collateral, because customers in returning loans are still too often too late for various reasons.

Abstract: Learning Model Welcomes the New Era of Normal in Early Childhood Institutions in Riau. The most difficult challenge for parents with the downward condition of Covid-19, of course, is the decline in their economic capacity. This can affect the attitudes and behavior of parents in supervising, guiding, training, and giving attention to their children. The dynamics that hit mainly the elderly with middle to lower economic level with the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is very difficult to survive to meet the needs of daily life. Such conditions are a concern for all of us, hopefully the golden age children as part of the successor movement will continue to grow and develop as the nation's capital and assets in future development. Keywords: Learning Model, New Era Life, Early Childhood Institutions Abstrak : Model Pembelajaran Menyongsong New Era Normal Pada Lembaga Paud di Riau. Tantangan terberat bagi para orang tua dengan kondisi merebahnya Covid-19 tentunya mempengaruhi penurunan kemampuan ekonomi mereka. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhui sikap dan perilaku orang tua dalam mengawasi, membimbing, melatih, serta memberikan perhatian terhadap anak-anak mereka. Dinamika yang melanda utamanya para orang tua dengan tingkat ekonomi menengah ke bawah dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini, sangat sulit bertahan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidup sehari-harinya. Kondisi yang demikian menjadi keprihatinan kita semua, semoga para anak usia emas sebagai bagian dari gererasi penerus tetap dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sebagai modal dan aset bangsa dalam pembangunan di masa mendatang. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing on school performance, the influence of innovation on school performance and the influence of digital marketing on school performance. The analytical method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The analysis tool used is with the help of Smart PLS. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to the teacher. The results of the questionnaire returned were 150 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that innovation has a significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has no significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has a significant effect on innovation.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 676 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. This new research proposed a model for building innovation capability and teachers’ performance among teachers in Jabodetabek through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with the organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teachers’ readiness in facing the education era 4.0.

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.
