Journal ArticleDOI

In situ observation of electrostatic and thermal manipulation of suspended graphene membranes.

TL;DR: In this paper, the morphology of suspended graphene is manipulated via electrostatic and thermal control, and it is shown that graphene adopts a parabolic profile at large gate voltages with inhomogeneous distribution of charge density and strain.
Journal ArticleDOI

Temperature-Dependent Mean Free Path Spectra of Thermal Phonons Along the c-Axis of Graphite

TL;DR: The first quantitative measurements of c-axis phonon MFP spectra in graphite at a variety of temperatures using time-domain thermoreflectance measurements of graphite flakes with variable thickness are reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comprehensive performance comparison of airfoil fin PCHEs with NACA 00XX series airfoil

TL;DR: In this article, the influence of airfoil profile on flow and heat transfer performance of printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE) in supercritical carbon dioxide (S-CO 2 ) Brayton cycle is investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Recent Advances in Organic/Composite Phase Change Materials for Energy Storage

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reviewed the recent research development of phase change materials, including preparation methods, applications and development tendency, and concluded that phase change material can be used in many applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Vertical Chemical Vapor Deposition Growth of Highly Uniform 2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenides.

TL;DR: A vertical chemical vapor deposition (VCVD) design with gaseous precursors to grow monolayer TMDCs with a uniform density and high quality over the whole substrate and with excellent reproducibility is reported.
