Temperature dependence of the rate coefficient for the α-pinene reaction with ozone in the range between 243 K and 303 K

TL;DR: The absolute rate coefficient for the reaction of alpha-pinene with ozone was determined in the temperature range between 243 K and 303 K at atmospheric pressure and is in good agreement with the current IUPAC (IUPAC 2007) recommendation at 298 K.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Backscattering linear depolarization ratio of laboratory generated ice clouds composed of pristine and complex-shaped ice crystals

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used a contact-free single particle imaging (SPMI) device to study the depolarization ratio of artificial ice clouds in the 0C to -30C temperature range.
Journal ArticleDOI

Kinetics and mechanism of the heterogeneous interaction of ozone with soot aerosol

TL;DR: In this paper, the model predictions are uncertain because they rely on soot surface reaction probabilities mainly measured on short time scales (seconds to minutes) using bulk soot samples and high surface to trace gas concentration ratios, thus being not directly comparable to atmospheric conditions.
