Chuan-Le Xiao,Chuan-Le Xiao,Chuan-Le Xiao,Song Zhu,He Minghui,De Chen,Qian Zhang,Ying Chen,Guoliang Yu,Jinbao Liu,Shang-Qian Xie,Feng Luo,Zhe Liang,De-Peng Wang,Xiaochen Bo,Xiaofeng Gu,Kai Wang,Guang-Rong Yan +17 more
TL;DR: It is shown that 6mA is extensively present in the human genome, and 881,240 6mA sites accounting for ∼0.051% of the total adenines are cataloged, and [G/C]AGG[C/T] was the most significantly associated motif with 6mA modification.

Application of ALKBH1 gene and expression product of ALKBH1 gene in preparing kit for diagnosing tumors and drug for treating tumors
TL;DR: In this paper, an ALKBH1 gene and an expression product were used as markers for diagnosing the tumors, so that the tumors were more accurately and quickly diagnosed; when the ALKB H1 gene was used as target genes for preparing drugs for treating tumors, new therapeutic targets and therapy pathways were provided for treating the tumors.

Applications of N6AMT1 gene and expression product thereof in preparing tumor diagnosis kits and tumor treatment medicines
TL;DR: In this paper, the N6AMT1 gene expression situations in tumor tissue of patients suffering from stomach cancer and liver cancer are detected, and results show that the expression level of an N6amT 1 gene is remarkably reduced.
