TL;DR: In this paper, a solution reaction method was proposed for green phosphors and compared with the ones prepared with the conventional solid-state reaction method, and the maximum emission intensity of Zn 2− x Mn x SiO 4 phosphors under vacuum ultra violet (VUV) excitation occurred at the Mn concentration of x = 0.02.
