Classical-Quantum Correspondence for Above-Threshold Ionization
Min Li,Ji-Wei Geng,Hong Liu,Yongkai Deng,Chengyin Wu,Liang-You Peng,Qihuang Gong,Yunquan Liu +7 more
TL;DR: An intuitive quantum-trajectory Monte Carlo model encoded with Feynman's path-integral approach is developed, in which the Coulomb effect on electron trajectories and interference patterns are fully considered, and a good agreement with the measured PADs of atoms for above-threshold ionization.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fast ignition by laser driven particle beams of very high intensity
Heinrich Hora,J. Badziak,M. N. Read,Yutong Li,T. J. Liang,Yu Cang,Hong Liu,Zheng-Ming Sheng,Jie Zhang,Frederick Osman,George H. Miley,Weiyan Zhang,Xian-Tu He,Hansheng Peng,S. Glowacz,S. Jabłoński,Jerzy Wolowski,Z. Skladanowski,Karel Jungwirth,Karel Rohlena,J. Ullschmied +20 more
TL;DR: In this article, anomalous observations using the fast ignition for laser driven fusion energy are interpreted and experimental and theoretical results are reported which are in contrast to the very numerous effects usually observed at petawatt-picosecond laser interaction with plasmas.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nonsequential and sequential fragmentation of CO2(3+) in intense laser fields
Cong Wu,Chengyin Wu,Di Song,Hongmei Su,Yudong Yang,Zhifeng Wu,Xianrong Liu,Hong Liu,Min Li,Yongkai Deng,Yunquan Liu,Liang-You Peng,Hongbing Jiang,Qihuang Gong +13 more
TL;DR: The study indicated that Coulomb explosion is a promising approach for imaging geometric structures of polyatomic molecules if the fragmentation dynamics can be clearly clarified and the appropriate dissociation potential is provided for multiply charged molecular ions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Low yield of near-zero-momentum electrons and partial atomic stabilization in strong-field tunneling ionization.
Hong Liu,Yunquan Liu,Li-Bin Fu,Guoguo Xin,Guoguo Xin,Di-Fa Ye,Jie Liu,Jie Liu,Xian-Tu He,Yudong Yang,Xianrong Liu,Yongkai Deng,Chengyin Wu,Qihuang Gong +13 more
TL;DR: The refined transition between the Rydberg states of the stabilized atoms has implication on the THz radiation from gas targets in strong laser fields.
Journal ArticleDOI
Subcycle Dynamics of Coulomb Asymmetry in Strong Elliptical Laser Fields
Min Li,Yunquan Liu,Hong Liu,Qi-Cheng Ning,Li-Bin Fu,Jie Liu,Yongkai Deng,Chengyin Wu,Liang-You Peng,Qihuang Gong +9 more
TL;DR: The theory quantifies the roles of the ionic potential and initial transverse momentum on Coulomb asymmetry, proving that the small lobes of asymmetry are induced by direct ionization and the strong asymmetry is induced by multiple forward scattering in the Ionic potential.
