Journal ArticleDOI

Structure, composition and optical properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films deposited by Pulsed Laser Deposition method

TL;DR: In this article, the results of energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) indicate that these CZTS thin films are Cu-rich and S-poor.
Journal ArticleDOI

Single-step preparation and characterization of Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1−x)4 thin films deposited by pulsed laser deposition method

TL;DR: The results of energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy show that there are some discrepancies of the elemental composition between targets and thin films as mentioned in this paper, however, structural and optical properties of CZTSSe thin films show good tolerance to the composition deviation from stoichiometry.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural, magnetic and optical properties of Ni-doped TiO2 thin films deposited on silicon(1 0 0) substrates by sol–gel process

TL;DR: In this paper, Ni doping catalyzes the anatase-to-rutile transformation (ART) of TiO 2 films, which is due to the decrease of the ART activation energy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of transition metal doping on the structural, optical, and magnetic properties of TiO2 films deposited on Si substrates by a sol-gel process.

TL;DR: It is found that the magnetizations of the TM-doped TiO2 films decrease with increasing dopant content, which is related to electric disorder due to the ART.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of Co doping on structure and optical properties of TiO2 thin films prepared by sol–gel method

TL;DR: In this article, X-ray diffraction results showed that all the films are rutile phase structure and Co doping leads to lattice contraction, and the increasing mechanism of OBG is related to the decrease of grain size, compressive stress, and reduction of rutiles.
