Co-investments and tacit collusion in regulated network industries: Experimental evidence

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of co-investments on coverage, competition and price collusion in regulated network industries were investigated using a laboratory experiment, and the results indicated that regulators should evaluate coinvestments with scrutiny as there are definite drawbacks.
