Journal ArticleDOI
Structural and magnetic characterization of electron-transfer salts of hexacyanotrimethylenecyclopropanide, {C3[C(CN)2]3}.bul.- and [Fe(C5Me5)2].bul.+ (1:1; two phases) and [Fe(C6H3Me3)2]2+ (1:2). Evidence for 1-D antiferromagnetic behavior in segregated {Fe(C5Me5)2].bul.+ chains
Journal ArticleDOI
Spin-crossover behavior in a new series of iron (II) compounds based on the ligand 5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole
TL;DR: In this paper, the title ligand (hereafter LL) was found to form an exciting new series of pseudo-octahedral Fe(II) compounds with formula Fe(LL)3X2.
Journal ArticleDOI
Observation of a Weak Ferromagnetic Ground State Structure for the Lithium-Insertion Compound Li2Fe2(MoO4)3
TL;DR: In this article, the low-temperature magnetism and neutron structure of orthorhombic Li2Fe2(MoO4)3, synthesized via the topotactic redox-insertion reaction of LiI with Fe2(O4), is discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
A bromide analog of a one-dimensional Ising ferromagnet: trimethylammonium catena-bis(.mu.-bromo)diaquoiron(II) bromide
TL;DR: The crystal structure of the title compound, FeTAB, has been determined by X-ray diffraction and has been found to be isomorphous to that of the chloride analogue, FeTAC as discussed by the authors.
