Direct Assessment of ADL in Alzheimer's Disease

TL;DR: An elderly woman with a right hemispheric cerebral infarct who received intravenous loading of phenytoin followed by a maintenance dose of 400 mg daily through a nasogastric tube was hospitalised with a serum level markedly depressed during concomitant administration of Osmolite, report a case of an elderly woman whose serum pheny toin level was markedly depressed.
