Wolfgang Wick,Wolfgang Wick,Roger Stupp,Anna Carina Beule,Jacoline E C Bromberg,Antje Wick,Ulrike Ernemann,Michael Platten,Michael Platten,Christine Marosi,Warren P. Mason,Martin J. van den Bent,Michael Weller,Chris Rorden,Hans-Otto Karnath +14 more
TL;DR: Analysis of recurrence patterns revealed no difference between the groups in the size of the recurrent tumor or in the differential effect on the distance of the recurrences from the preoperative tumor location, and the data show the feasibility of groupwise recurrence pattern analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Definition of initial grading, specific events, and overall outcome in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. A survey.
TL;DR: All articles about subarachnoid hemorrhage published in nine neurosurgical or neurological journals from 1985 through 1992 were reviewed and the presence and the precision of definitions used for reporting the initial grade, the specific complications of rebleeding, delayed cerebral ischemia, and hydrocephalus, and the overall outcome were assessed.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: The results suggest that patients at risk of central nervous system disease should be evaluated by flow cytometry and that intrathecal prophylaxis/therapy is beneficial.
Journal ArticleDOI
A randomized phase II study of bevacizumab versus bevacizumab plus lomustine versus lomustine single agent in recurrent glioblastoma: The Dutch BELOB study.
Walter Taal,HM Oosterkamp,Annemiek M E Walenkamp,Laurens V. Beerepoot,Monique Hanse,Jan Buter,Aafke H. Honkoop,Dolf Boerman,Filip de Vos,Rob L. H. TL;DR: Patients with histologically proven glioblastoma, with a first recurrence after chemo-irradiation with temozolomide, having concluded radiotherapy more than 3 months ago, with adequate bone marrow, renal and hepatic function, and WHO performance status (PS) 0-2 are enrolled.
