Proceedings ArticleDOI
Acquiring real time traffic information using VANET and dynamic route guidance
TL;DR: A new scheme for acquiring real-time traffic information on inter urban routes which are based on an amalgamation of VANET networks with both inter-vehicle communication (IVC) and vehicle road-side device communication (VRC) and conventional systems, is proposed.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
A novel highly linear CMOS buffer
TL;DR: Going to basics leads to a very simple and very linear buffer which shows more than 26 dB THD improvement over conventional designs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pre-distortion technique to improve linearity of low noise amplifier
TL;DR: A Capacitive Cross Coupled Common Gate based LNA with high linearity is presented based on the proposed idea, and besides pre-distortion performance, the auxiliary transistor forms a noise canceling scheme and partially cancel out the channel thermal noise of main amplifying transistor.
Journal ArticleDOI
A wideband noise cancelling balun LNA employing current reuse technique
TL;DR: Lower gmCG without degrading the input matching, allows a large scaling factor for common source (CS) stage in noise cancelling technique, and adds a degree of freedom for transconductance of common gate stage (gmCG).
Journal ArticleDOI
A new Mylar-based triboelectric energy harvester with an innovative design for mechanical energy harvesting applications
TL;DR: Potential applications of the Miura-Ori-TENG in converting rotational, vibrational, and impact kinetic energies into electrical energy, as well as the outstanding performance of the proposed power management circuit in managing the harvested energy are demonstrated.
