Glen Hazlewood,Glen Hazlewood,J. Carter Thorne,Janet E. Pope,D. Lin,Diane Tin,Gilles Boire,Boulos Haraoui,Carol A. Hitchon,Edward C. Keystone,Shahin Jamal,Vivian P. Bykerk,Vivian P. Bykerk +12 more
TL;DR: Initial treatment with subcutaneous MTX was associated with lower rates of treatment changes, no difference in toxicity and some improvements in disease control versus oral MTX over the first year in patients with ERA.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lack of seroconversion of rheumatoid factor and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide in patients with early inflammatory arthritis: a systematic literature review
TL;DR: Prevalence data for RF in established RA is significantly higher than the baseline values reported here and the low rates of seroconversion would suggest a lower prevalence in EIA and the reason for this difference remains unknown.
Journal Article
Frequency of adverse drug reactions in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
TL;DR: Both intolerances and true allergic reactions were not dissimilar in patients with SLE compared to controls with inflammatory arthritis, with the exception of cutaneous reactions to sulfa antibiotics in SLE patients.
Journal ArticleDOI
A targeted association study in systemic lupus erythematosus identifies multiple susceptibility alleles
M L Budarf,Philippe Goyette,Gabrielle Boucher,J Lian,Robert R. Graham,Jaime O. Claudio,Thomas J. Hudson,Thomas J. Hudson,Dafna D. Gladman,Dafna D. Gladman,Ann E. Clarke,Janet E. Pope,Christine A. TL;DR: The existence of multiple genetic risk factors for systemic lupus erythematosus is confirmed, and the notion that some risk Factors for SLE are shared with other inflammatory disorders is supported.
Journal Article
