Journal ArticleDOI

ReMap 2020: a database of regulatory regions from an integrative analysis of Human and Arabidopsis DNA-binding sequencing experiments.

TL;DR: This ReMap update comes with a new web framework providing an interactive user-interface, including improved search features and full programmatically access to the underlying data is available using a RESTful API together with anew R Shiny interface for a TRs binding enrichment analysis tool.
Journal ArticleDOI

A map of direct TF-DNA interactions in the human genome.

TL;DR: This work culminated with predicted interactions covering >2% of the human genome, obtained by uniformly processing 1983 ChIP-seq peak data sets from the ReMap database for 232 unique TFs, suggesting that high-occupancy target regions are likely not derived from direct binding of the TFs to the DNA.
