TL;DR: In this paper, a review of the evidence on the theoretical approaches of the dopaminergic hypothesis of psychosis and its relationship with the reward and salience systems is presented, where the aberrant salience occurs when the dysregulation of dopamine transmission produces a mistaken interpretation of neutral or irre- levant stimuli as a source of reward or punishment.

Sleep disorders in bipolar depression: Hypnotics vs sedative antidepressants
TL;DR: The use of sedative antidepressants as a treatment for insomnia during depressive episodes in bipolar patients could be a factor contributing to worse prognoses; in these cases it appears that the use of other hypnotic drugs would be more advisable.
