High performance metal oxide based sensing device using an electrode with a solid/liquid/air triphase interface

TL;DR: In this paper, a low-cost metal oxide electrocatalyst (CuO)-based high-performance sensing device using an enzyme electrode with a solid/liquid/air triphase interface in which the oxygen level is constant and sufficiently high.
Journal ArticleDOI

Free-standing nanofibrous platinum sheets and their conductivity.

TL;DR: Nanofibrous platinum sheets with a thickness of one to a few tens of nanometres were prepared over the submicron pores of polymer substrates by using long and rigid cadmium hydroxide nanostrands as templates, and these free-standing sheets gave metallic conductivity that varied greatly with the thickness.
Journal ArticleDOI

Elevated CO2 promotes the acquisition of phosphorus in crop species differing in physiological phosphorus-acquiring mechanisms

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of elevated CO2 on P acquisition in crop species with contrasting P acquisition mechanisms was investigated, and it was shown that plants which rely on organic acid exudation and phosphatases appear to be better adapted to acquiring P under elevated CO 2.
