Journal ArticleDOI
Behavior and impact of sulfur incorporation in Zinc Oxysulfide alloy grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition
Jingrui Ma,Kun Tang,Haoyuan Mao,Jiandong Ye,Shunming Zhu,Zhonghua Xu,Zhengrong Yao,Shulin Gu,Youdou Zheng +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the compositional dependence of the bandgap energy in the ZnO1-xSx alloyed material has been investigated and compared comparing with other reported results.
Journal ArticleDOI
The roles of buffer layer thickness on the properties of the ZnO epitaxial films
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the optimization of the buffer thickness for obtaining high-quality ZnO epi-films on sapphire substrates, and the growth mechanism of the buffers with different thickness has been clearly revealed, including the initial nucleation and vertical growth, the subsequent lateral growth with small grain coalescence and the final vertical growth along the existing larger grains.
Journal ArticleDOI
An immuno-potentiating vehicle made of mesoporous silica-zinc oxide micro-rosettes with enhanced doxorubicin loading for combined chemoimmunotherapy.
TL;DR: Herein, mesoporous silica-zinc oxide (MS-Zn) micro-rosettes with controllable petal thickness were synthesized by a facile one-pot hydrothermal method that effectively rejects tumor metastasis in vivo.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improvement in endothelial cell adhesion and retention under physiological shear stress using a laminin–apatite composite layer on titanium
TL;DR: The laminin–apatite composite layer is a promising interfacial layer for endothelialization of blood-contacting materials and shows significantly higher cell retention under the physiological shear stress than those to the untreated Ti, Ap layer and AlbAp composite layer.
Journal ArticleDOI
The compositional, structural, and magnetic properties of a Fe3O4/Ga2O3/GaN spin injecting hetero-structure grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition
Zhonghua Xu,Shimin Huang,Kun Tang,Shulin Gu,Shunming Zhu,Jiandong Ye,Mingxiang Xu,Wei Wang,Youdou Zheng +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a Fe3O4/Ga2O3/GaN spin injecting hetero-structure by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition was designed and fabricated.
