Phytoplankton photosynthetic rate measurement using tunable pulsed light induced fluorescence kinetics

TL;DR: Comparative experiment results showed that the photosynthetic electron transport rate measured by fluorescence kinetic method under different conditions of DCMU, culture light and nutrients (nitrogen) were consistent with the Photosynthetic oxygen evolution rate measured with oxygen evolution method, and the correlation coefficient R2 were 0.934.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of a static test apparatus for evaluating the performance of three PM2.5 separators commonly used in China

TL;DR: A static test apparatus based on polydisperse aerosol was established and calibrated to evaluate the performance of the PM2.5 separators, and the separation, flow and loading characteristics of three cyclone separators were evaluated.
Journal Article

[Second-harmonic detection with tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy of CO and CO2 at 1.58 microm].

TL;DR: The technique of remote sensing of CO and CO2 at 760 mm Hg pressure with tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy in the near-infrared region is introduced and the relationship between the second-harmonic spectrum of CO2 in Lorentzian line shape and the modulation amplitude is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design and evaluation of a unipolar aerosol particle charger with built-in electrostatic precipitator

TL;DR: In this article, a unipolar charger of aerosol particle has been designed and evaluated, where the free ion and particle trajectories have been simulated and four parameters, including electrical characteristics, particle loss, charging efficiency and the average charges, were varied to evaluate the charger.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of high density and low freezing point jet fuels range cycloalkanes with cyclopentanone and lignin-derived vanillins

TL;DR: In this article , a "cyclopentanone-vanillin" strategy was proposed for the preparation of jet fuel range cycloalkanes from lignocellulose-derived ketones and lignin-derived aldehydes via aldol condensation and hydrodeoxygenation (HDO).
