Dry etching of ZnO films and plasma-induced damage to optical properties
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of plasma chemistries on etch characteristics and plasma-induced damage to the optical properties of ZnO films have been studied using inductively coupled plasmas.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lattice relaxation mechanism of ZnO thin films grown on c-Al2O3 substrates by plasma-assisted molecular-beam epitaxy
S. H. Park,Takashi Hanada,D. C. Oh,Tsutomu Minegishi,Hidemasa Goto,G. Fujimoto,Jinsub Park,I. H. Im,Jiho Chang,M. W. Cho,Takafumi Yao,K. Inaba +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, the lattice relaxation mechanism of ZnO films grown on c-Al2O3 substrates by plasma-assisted molecular-beam epitaxy was investigated by using both in situ time-resolved reflection high energy electron diffraction observation during the initial growth and absolute lattice constant measurements (Bond method) for grown films.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polarity control of ZnO films on (0001) Al2O3 by Cr-compound intermediate layers
Jinsub Park,Soon-Ku Hong,Tsutomu Minegishi,S. H. Park,I. H. Im,Takashi Hanada,Meoungwhan Cho,Takafumi Yao,Jung Woo Lee,JeongYong Lee +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for selective growth of polarity controlled ZnO films on (0001) Al2O3 substrates by plasma-assisted molecular-beam epitaxy is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Non-enzymatic biosensing of glucose based on silver nanoparticles synthesized from Ocimum tenuiflorum leaf extract and silver nitrate
T. Dayakar,K. Venkateswara Rao,Jinsub Park,Kishor Kumar Sadasivuni,K. Ramachandra Rao,N. Jaya rambabu +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, an enzyme-free glucose sensor based on silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) via bio-mediated route using Ocimum tenuiflorum leaves extract was developed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Novel CuCr2O4 embedded CuO nanocomposites for efficient photodegradation of organic dyes
TL;DR: In this paper, a novel photocatalyst based on CuO-CuCr 2 O 4 nanocomposites was synthesized for different Cr 3+ concentration by reflux condensation method and their photocatalytic activity was evaluated by monitoring the photodegradation of methyl orange (MO) and methylene blue dyes (MB) under UV light irradiation.
