Journal ArticleDOI

Multidimensional continued fractions, dynamical renormalization and KAM theory

TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe a simple algorithm based on the dynamics of flows on the homogeneous space of lattices of covolume one for the linearization of vector fields on tori of arbitrary dimension.
Journal ArticleDOI

Generic Dynamics of 4-Dimensional C2 Hamiltonian Systems

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the dynamical behaviour of Hamiltonian flows defined on 4-dimensional compact symplectic manifolds and found the existence of a C 2residual set of Hamiltonians for which there is an open mod 0 dense set of regular energy surfaces each either being Anosov or having zero Lyapunov exponents almost everywhere.
Journal ArticleDOI

A normal form theorem for Brjuno skew systems through renormalization

TL;DR: In this article, a dynamical renormalization method for the problem of local reducibility of analytic linear quasi-periodic skew-product flows on T 2 × SL ( 2, R ) was developed.
