TL;DR: It was found that the substances studied showed a limited degree of penetration into the skin from the bases used, but except in the case of sodium iodide the penetration was not appreciably affected by hyaluronidase.

Inhalation of 2,3,5‐triiodobenzoic acid by normal and sulfur dioxide‐exposed rats

TL;DR: Exposure to 125 I-labeled 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid resulted in deposition of the material in the lungs of rats, and exposure of animals to sulfur dioxide for 4 consecutive days, 4 hr/day, prior to inhalation of the labeled compound did not provide statistically significant differences in the parameters studied.

Determination of thickness of walls of hard gelatin capsules by radioisotopic means

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for the determination of the thickness of wall sections of hard gelatin capsules is described. Butts et al. used a chlorine-36 source mounted in the tip of a stainless steel capsule dipping pin and was used to observe the differences in thickness of the wall sections.
