TL;DR: The most common manifestation of cryptococcal lung disease is probably underdiagnosed, and knowledge of epidemiology, diagnosis, and diagnosis is probably limited as discussed by the authors. But, the diagnosis of cryptococcosis is not limited to lung cancer.

TL;DR: Comparing incidence rates of selected opportunistic infections among children with and children without juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and children diagnosed as having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) found children with JIA had a higher rate of opportunism infections, including an increased rate of Coccidioides, Salmonella, and herpes zoster compared to children with ADHD.
