Specific risk of atrial fibrillation and stroke in oncology patients
TL;DR: Atrial fibrillation is the most common sustained arrhythmia being present in 1.5–2% of the population and has been found to occur more frequently in oncology patients and may represent a complication of cancer therapy, whereby inflammation is present for both conditions.
