Reparación percutánea simultánea en la insuficiencia mitral y tricuspídea: paso a paso
Journal ArticleDOI
Response rate in cardiac resynchronization therapy patients implanted with a left ventricular quadripolar lead and the MultiPoint™ pacing feature early activated. QUARTO III
Joaquín Osca,Jaume Francisco-Pascual,Javier Martínez‐Basterra,Juan Gabriel Martínez,Hipólito Reis,Mário Oliveira,Bieito Campos,Javier Balaguer,J. L. Rubio,Ricardo Pavón-Jiménez,J. L. Pena Hernandez,José Ormaetxe,José Luis Zamorano,Pilar Santamaría,Javier Alzueta +14 more
TL;DR: Although cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is beneficial in most heart failure patients, up to 40% do not respond to CRT as discussed by the authors , and it is suggested that multipoint left ventricle pacing (MPP) would increase the response rate.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization of high‐power and very‐high‐power short‐duration radiofrequency lesions performed with a new‐generation catheter and a temperature‐control ablation mode
C Lozano-Granero,Eduardo L. Franco,Roberto Matía-Francés,Antonio Hernández-Madrid,Inma Sánchez-Pérez,José Luis Zamorano,Javier Moreno +6 more
TL;DR: An experimental ex-vivo study to analyse the differences between radiofrequency lesions obtained with this novel catheter (QDOT MICRO®) using HP-SD and VHP-SD using porcine left ventricle submerged in 37ºC saline.
Journal ArticleDOI
CO7 Evaluating Health Outcomes and Costs Related to In-Hospital Procedures for the Management of Mitral Valve Disease in Spain
Manuel Carnero-Alcázar,Mercedes Alvarez-Bartolomé,Ignacio Cruz-Gonzalez,José Luis Zamorano,Ana Pardo-Sanz,Pablo Rodríguez González,O. Martínez-Pérez,Jesús Cuervo +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluate mitral valve disease (MVD) rates of in-hospital intervention (surgical and transcatheter), health outcomes, and related economic burden in Spain using administrative national data.
