Methods for samples preparation in proteomic research
Anna Bodzon-Kulakowska,Anna Bierczyńska-Krzysik,Tomasz Dylag,Anna Drabik,Piotr Suder,Marek J. Noga,Justyna Jarzebinska,Jerzy Silberring,Jerzy Silberring +8 more
TL;DR: In this review, problems associated with general strategies of samples preparation, and experimental demands for these processes are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of catecholamines in the immune system by desorption/ionization on silicon
Agnieszka Kraj,Justyna Jarzebinska,Anna Gorecka-Drzazga,Jan Dziuban,Jerzy Silberring,Jerzy Silberring +5 more
TL;DR: Using DIOSD, catecholamines were unambiguously identified in the cell extract of peripheral blood lymphocytes at the femtomolar level, extending the possible use of MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry towards small molecules that were previously detected by other methods.
Journal ArticleDOI
Differential binding of tropomyosin isoforms to actin modified with m-maleimidobenzoyl-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester and fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate.
Radosław Skórzewski,Katarzyna Robaszkiewicz,Justyna Jarzebinska,Piotr Suder,Jerzy Silberring,Joanna Moraczewska +5 more
TL;DR: Analysis of binding curves according to the McGhee–von Hippel model revealed that binding to an isolated site, as well as cooperativity of binding to a contiguous site, was affected by both actin modifications in a TM isoform-specific manner.
