Journal ArticleDOI
Control of developmental regulators by Polycomb in human embryonic stem cells.
Tong Ihn Lee,Richard G. Jenner,Laurie A. Boyer,Matthew G. Guenther,Stuart S. Levine,Roshan M. Kumar,Brett Chevalier,Sarah E. Johnstone,Megan F. Cole,Kyoichi Isono,Haruhiko Koseki,Takuya Fuchikami,Kuniya Abe,Heather L. Murray,Jacob P. Zucker,Bingbing Yuan,George W. Bell,Elizabeth Herbolsheimer,Nancy M. Hannett,Kaiming Sun,Duncan T. Odom,Arie P. Otte,Thomas L. Volkert,David P. Bartel,Douglas A. Melton,David K. Gifford,David K. Gifford,Rudolf Jaenisch,Richard A. Young +28 more
TL;DR: It is found that PRC2 target genes are preferentially activated during ES cell differentiation and that the ES cell regulators OCT4, SOX2, and NANOG cooccupy a significant subset of these genes.
Journal ArticleDOI
The transcription factors T-bet and GATA-3 control alternative pathways of T-cell differentiation through a shared set of target genes
Richard G. Jenner,Michael J. Townsend,Ian Jackson,Kaiming Sun,Russell D. Bouwman,Richard A. Young,Laurie H. Glimcher,Graham M. Lord +7 more
TL;DR: Data show that the choice between Th1 and Th2 lineage commitment is the result of the opposing action of T-bet and GATA-3 at a shared set of target genes and may provide a general paradigm for the interaction of lineage-specifying transcription factors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Abstract P5-13-21: Relationship between circulating tumor DNA and response to neoadjuvant niraparib in HER2-negative, BRCA-mutated breast cancer
M. Shan,Laura Spring,Minetta C. Liu,Erika Hamilton,Hanna Y. Irie,Cesar A. Santa-Maria,Steven J. Isakoff,James A. Reeves,Leif W. Ellisen,Lee P. Lim,Kavita Garg,Caterina Bertucci,Bin Feng,Hailei Zhang,Kaiming Sun,Julie R. Graham,Erin Hofstatter,Hyo S. Han +17 more
TL;DR: Paweletz et al. as discussed by the authors reported the potential utility of ctDNA as a predictive biomarker for neoadjuvant niraparib response in pts with HER2−tBRCAm BC.
