TL;DR: In this article, a solution-processed n-type organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) based on C60 derivatives were used as a semiconducting layer, and the C60MC12-thin-film transistor showed high electron mobility of 0.067cm2∕Vs in saturation regime.

Simulation of Fractal Immittance by Analog Circuits: An Approach to the Optimized Circuits
Journal ArticleDOI
Origin of the In-Plane Anisotropy in Langmuir-Blodgett Films
TL;DR: In this paper, an extended model of flow orientation has been developed for analyzing the inplane anisotropy in Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films by taking into account the viscoelastic nature of a condensed monolayer at the air-water interface as a Bingham plasticity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Origin of the open-circuit voltage of organic thin-film solar cells based on conjugated polymers
TL;DR: In this paper, the relation between the open-circuit voltage and the energy difference between the highest occupied molecular orbital of the donor material and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit of the acceptor was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient oligothiophene:fullerene bulk heterojunction organic photovoltaic cells
TL;DR: In this article, the morphology of 6T:C60 blends strongly depending on the composition of the mixture of oligothiophen and fullerene, and the morphology was obtained only for films deposited with the co-evaporation of excess C60.
