Reference EntryDOI
Enantioselective Alkylation of N-(Diphenylmethylene)glycinate tert-Butyl Ester: Synthesis of (R)-2-(Benzhydrylidenamino)-3-Phenylpropanoic Acid tert-Butyl Ester
TL;DR: In this article, ananti-selective alkylation method was proposed for the tert-butyl ester of dippersylmethylene (DmM) with 3-phenylpropanoic acid (PPA).
Journal ArticleDOI
Methylaluminum Bis(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenoxide) as a Protecting Group for Multifunctional Molecules: Synthetic Utility in Selective Carbonyl Reductions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Stereoselective Synthesis of α‐Alkyl‐β‐keto Imides via Asymmetric Redox C—C Bond Formation Between α‐Alkyl‐α‐diazocarbonyl Compounds and Aldehydes.
TL;DR: Asymmetric redox C−C bond formation between α-alkyl-α-diazocarbonyl compounds and aldehydes was developed as a practical and general method for the construction of α -alkylβ-keto imides having a chiral nonracemic tertiary stereogenic center.
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Enantioselective Alkylation of Glycine Methyl and Ethyl Ester Derivatives under Phase-Transfer Conditions: Its Synthetic Advantage.
TL;DR: In this paper, phase-transfer alkylation of the benzophenone Schiff base of glycine methyl or ethyl ester was found to be catalyzed by 3,4,5-F 3 -C 6 H 2 -NAS-Br with high efficiency and excellent enantioselectivity.
