Journal ArticleDOI
Design of Low Crystallinity Spiro-Typed Hole Transporting Material for Planar Perovskite Solar Cells to Achieve 21.76% Efficiency
Zihao Deng,Maosheng He,Yi Zhang,Fateh Ullah,Kui Ding,Jianghu Liang,Zhanfei Zhang,Heng Xu,Yuankun Qiu,Ziyi Xie,Tong Shan,Zhenhua Chen,Hongliang Zhong,Chun-Chao Chen +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, hole transporting materials (HTMs) play a crucial role in achieving highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells (PSCs), with Spiro-typed materials being the most widely used HTMs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spatially Orthogonal 2D Sidechains Optimize Morphology in All-Small-Molecule Organic Solar Cells
Tong Shan,Tong Shan,Kui Ding,Liyang Yu,Xin Wang,Yi Zhang,Xiaoyang Zheng,Chun-Chao Chen,Qiang Peng,Hongliang Zhong,Hongliang Zhong +10 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Achieving Optimal Bulk Heterojunction in All-Polymer Solar Cells by Sequential Processing with Nonorthogonal Solvents
Tong Shan,Yuwen Hong,Lei Zhu,Xin Wang,Yi Zhang,Kui Ding,Feng Liu,Chun-Chao Chen,Hongliang Zhong +8 more
TL;DR: The results demonstrate that SP is a promising strategy to fabricate high-performance all-PSCs with tunable configurations of active layers with more than twice as efficient as the BC analogue.
Journal ArticleDOI
A perylene diimide-containing acceptor enables high fill factor in organic solar cells.
Kui Ding,Tong Shan,Jinqiu Xu,Mengyang Li,Yan Wang,Yi Zhang,Ziyi Xie,Zaifei Ma,Feng Liu,Hongliang Zhong +9 more
TL;DR: A new non-fullerene acceptor PDFC is prepared by introducing perylene diimide into the core of an A-DA'D-A architecture that shows strong absorption, suitable energy levels and favorable face-on packing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tailoring the molecular geometry of polyfluoride perylene diimide acceptors towards efficient organic solar cells
Yan Wang,Hongbin Zhong,Yuwen Hong,Tong Shan,Kui Ding,Lei Zhu,Feng Liu,Hao Wei,Chunyang Yu,Hongliang Zhong +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the photovoltaic parameters of organic solar cells based on perylene diimide (PDI) acceptors were analyzed and the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) showed an approximately positive linear correlation with the fill factors (FFs), which were mainly determined by the morphology.
