Flow enforcement algorithms for ATM networks
TL;DR: Four measurement algorithms for flow enforcement in asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) networks are presented and it is suggested that the RMS measurement bandwidth be used to dimension linear algorithms for equal flow enforcement characteristics.
