Examining Dimensions of Electronic Service Quality for Internet Banking Services

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the use of E-SERVQUAL scale to determine dimensions of e-SQ for internet banking services in Malaysia and found that the first six dimensions were adapted from E-SQL scale and the other two were added to the model as a result of review of eSQL dimensions used for internet bank services.
