Synthesis of Fe-doped WO3 nanostructures with high visible-light-driven photocatalytic activities
TL;DR: In this paper, the Fe-doped WO3 nanostructures with precisely controlled Fe doping contents are obtained by using a template method and the characterizations show that the as-prepared samples have hollow spherical like morphology, small grain size (10nm), high crystalline quality, and ultra high surface area (225m2/g).
Journal ArticleDOI
Black Phosphorus Quantum Dots with Tunable Memory Properties and Multilevel Resistive Switching Characteristics.
Su-Ting Han,Liang Hu,Xiandi Wang,Ye Zhou,Yu-Jia Zeng,Shuangchen Ruan,Caofeng Pan,Zhengchun Peng +7 more
TL;DR: Solution‐processed black phosphorus quantum‐dot‐based resistive random access memory is demonstrated with tunable characteristics, multilevel data storage, and ultrahigh ON/OFF ratio.
Journal ArticleDOI
Significantly Enhanced Dielectric Performance of Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropylene)-based Composites Filled with Hierarchical Flower-like TiO₂ Particles.
TL;DR: A feasible strategy for fabricating high-dielectric-constant polymer composites for applications in energy storage devices and embedded capacitors is reported and it is revealed that the flower-like TiO2 particles are more effective in increasing the dielectric constant of P(VDF-HFP) when compared with commercialTiO2.
Journal ArticleDOI
Rhombus-shaped Co3O4 nanorod arrays for high-performance gas sensor
TL;DR: In this paper, a rhombic Co3O4 nanorod (NR) array-based gas sensor was successfully fabricated via a facile two-step synthesis approach, including the formation of Co(OH)F NR arrays as precursor followed by thermal conversion to porous Co 3O4 without altering the original shape.
Journal ArticleDOI
The texture related anisotropy of thermoelectric properties in bismuth telluride based polycrystalline alloys
TL;DR: In this article, a relationship between the texture degree and the anisotropy of the thermal conductivity has been proposed, showing that the n-type alloy was more easily oriented than the p-type one.
