Cascade anchoring strategy for general mass production of high-loading single-atomic metal-nitrogen catalysts.

TL;DR: A general cascade anchoring strategy for the mass production of a series of metal-Nx SACs with a metal loading up to 12.1 wt%, which paves a universal way to produce stable M-NC SAC with high-density metal- Nx sites for diverse high-performance applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

GeSe Thin-Film Solar Cells Fabricated by Self-Regulated Rapid Thermal Sublimation

TL;DR: This new method offers a compelling combination of assisting raw material purification to suppress deleterious phase impurities and preventing the formation of detrimental point defects through congruent sublimation of GeSe, thus providing an in situ self-regulated process to fabricate high quality polycrystalline GeSe films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of FeN4 as an Efficient Active Site for Electrochemical N2 Reduction

TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate that Fe-NC materials could be efficient for electrocatalytic N2 reduction to NH3, which is an attractive method for artificial N2 fixation at ambient conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Steering elementary steps towards efficient alkaline hydrogen evolution via size-dependent Ni/NiO nanoscale heterosurfaces

TL;DR: It is found that steering the elementary steps through tuning the Ni/ NiO ratio can significantly enhance alkaline HER activity, and Ni/NiO nanocrystals with a Ni-NiO ratio of 23.7% deliver the best activity, outperforming other state-of-the-art analogues.
