Journal ArticleDOI
Long pathlength measurements of oxygen absorption cross sections in the wavelength region 205−240 nm
TL;DR: In this paper, molecular oxygen photoabsorption cross sections and pressure coefficients have been made at room temperature in the wavelength region 205-240 nm of the Herzberg continuum and the experimental conditions [p(O2) < 100 Torr, pathlenths up to 1400 m] ensure accurate extrapolation to zero pressure of the pressuredependent continuum cross sections.
Journal ArticleDOI
The NO2 absorption spectrum. III : The 200-300 nm region at ambient temperature
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used low pressures to limit the effects of the dimer N2O4 which has an absorption cross-section from one to two orders of magnitude larger than that of NO2 in this region.
Journal ArticleDOI
The visible and near ultraviolet rotation-vibration spectrum of HOD
Alain Jenouvrier,M.F. Merienne,Michel Carleer,Réginald Colin,Ann Carine Vandaele,Peter F. Bernath,Peter F. Bernath,Oleg L. Polyansky,Jonathan Tennyson +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a Fourier transform spectrum has been recorded of a H2O/D2O vapor mixture in the wavenumber range 16,300 to 22,800 cm(-1) using a long path cell.
Journal ArticleDOI
O2 Herzberg continuum absorption cross-sections in the wavelength region 196–205 nm of the Schumann Runge bands
TL;DR: Cheung et al. as discussed by the authors measured the absorption cross-sections in the Herzberg continuum of oxygen at room temperature in the wavelength region 196-205 nm of the first Schumann Runge bands.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improved data set for the Herzberg band systems of 16O2
M.F. Merienne,Alain Jenouvrier,B. Coquart,Michel Carleer,Sophie Fally,Réginald Colin,Ann Carine Vandaele,Christian Hermans +7 more
TL;DR: Marie-France Merienne, Alain Jenouvrier, Bernard Coquart, Michel Carleer, Sophie Fally, and Reginald Colin are the authors of this book, which aims to provide a history of Moleculaire-Spectrometrie- Atmospherique in the 21st Century.
