Charm hadron properties in 400 GeV/c pp interactions

M. Aguilar-Benitez, +122 more
TL;DR: In this article, a study of the properties of charm particles produced in 400 GeV/cpp interactions was performed using the high resolution hydrogen bubble chamber LEBC in association with the European Hybrid Spectrometer at the CERN SPS.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inclusive Properties of d Mesons Produced in 360-GeV pi- p Interactions

M. Aguilar-Benitez, +121 more
- 31 Oct 1985 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the inclusive cross sections for forward D meson production at s =26 GeV in π − p interactions and showed that the p T 2 distribution is exponential with slope parameter [−1.18 −0.16 +0.18 ]( GeV / c) −2.
Journal ArticleDOI

D-Meson production from 400 GeV/c pp interactions

M. Aguilar-Benitez, +117 more
- 14 May 1987 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the inclusive production properties of D and D messons produced from pp interactions at s =27.4 GeV, and the differential production cross section is well represented by the empirical form d 2 σ d x F d P 2 T = 1 2 [σ ( D / D )(n+1)b](1−|x F |) n exp (−bp 2 T ) with n=4.9 ± 0.5, b=(1.0± 0.3) ωb.
Journal ArticleDOI

Charm hadron properties in 360 GeV/c π−p-interactions

M. Aguilar-Benitez, +130 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a study of the properties of charm particles produced in 360 GeV/c π-p interactions is reported, which is performed using the high resolution hydrogen bubble chamber LEBC in association with the European Hybrid Spectrometer at the CERN SPS.
Journal ArticleDOI

DD correlations in 360 GeV/c π - p interactions

M. Aguilar-Benitez, +116 more
- 12 Dec 1985 -
TL;DR: In this article, a sample of D D pairs produced in 360 GeV/c π−p interactions were compared with various models of charm production and the correlation properties were studied in detail for the first time.
