Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues and their antiviral activity.

TL;DR: The antiviral activity of the 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues 4i and 8n against H1N1 (A/PR/8/34) influenza virus can be explained by their influence on the functioning of the polymerase acidic protein (PA) of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP).
Journal ArticleDOI

Primary steps of oxidation and electronic interactions in anodic cleavage of α,ω-diisocyanurate substituted dialkyl disulfides

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the low oxidation potential and the smallest current-determining cleavage rate constant in the reaction series of disulfide with (CH2)6 spacer between SS bridge and the terminal heterocycles is due to an interaction of the π-components of the highest filled orbitals of the two hetercycles (HOMO and HOMO-1) with the LUMO (n-orbital of S) of the cation radical.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of novel 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues bearing uracil, 6-methyluracil, 3,6-dimethyluracil, thymine, and quinazoline-2,4-dione moieties

TL;DR: A series of 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues was synthesized via the CuAAC reaction of N1-alkynyl uracil, 6-methyluracil and 3,6-dimethyl uracilic, thymine and quinazolin-2,4-dione with protected azido β-d -ribofuranose.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and antimycobacterial activity of novel 1,3-dimethylisocyanurate derivatives.

TL;DR: A series of novel 1,3-dimethylisocyanurates has been synthesized as potential inhibitors of β-ketoacyl synthase in mycobacteria, showing bacteriostatic effect comparable and even higher that of first-line antituberculosis drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Biological activity of new amino phospha betaines with C10–C18 alkyl groups

TL;DR: In this article , the structure of isopropyl (N-dodecyl-N,N- dimethylammoniomethyl)phosphonate was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
