Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues and their antiviral activity.
Olga V. Andreeva,B. F. Garifullin,Vladimir V. Zarubaev,Alexander V. Slita,Iana L Yesaulkova,Liliya F. Saifina,M. M. Shulaeva,Maya G. Belenok,Vyacheslav E. Semenov,Vladimir E. Kataev +9 more
TL;DR: The antiviral activity of the 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues 4i and 8n against H1N1 (A/PR/8/34) influenza virus can be explained by their influence on the functioning of the polymerase acidic protein (PA) of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP).
Journal ArticleDOI
Primary steps of oxidation and electronic interactions in anodic cleavage of α,ω-diisocyanurate substituted dialkyl disulfides
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the low oxidation potential and the smallest current-determining cleavage rate constant in the reaction series of disulfide with (CH2)6 spacer between SS bridge and the terminal heterocycles is due to an interaction of the π-components of the highest filled orbitals of the two hetercycles (HOMO and HOMO-1) with the LUMO (n-orbital of S) of the cation radical.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of novel 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues bearing uracil, 6-methyluracil, 3,6-dimethyluracil, thymine, and quinazoline-2,4-dione moieties
Olga V. Andreeva,Maya G. Belenok,Liliya F. Saifina,M. M. Shulaeva,Alexey B. Dobrynin,R. R. Sharipova,Alexandra D. Voloshina,Alina F. Saifina,Aidar T. Gubaidullin,Bulat I. Khairutdinov,Yuriy F. Zuev,Vyacheslav E. Semenov,Vladimir E. Kataev +12 more
TL;DR: A series of 1,2,3-triazolyl nucleoside analogues was synthesized via the CuAAC reaction of N1-alkynyl uracil, 6-methyluracil and 3,6-dimethyl uracilic, thymine and quinazolin-2,4-dione with protected azido β-d -ribofuranose.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and antimycobacterial activity of novel 1,3-dimethylisocyanurate derivatives.
M. M. Shulaeva,S. G. Fattakhov,L. F. Saifina,R Chestnova,R. Sh. Valijev,D. N. Mingaleev,Alexandra D. Voloshina,V. S. Reznik +7 more
TL;DR: A series of novel 1,3-dimethylisocyanurates has been synthesized as potential inhibitors of β-ketoacyl synthase in mycobacteria, showing bacteriostatic effect comparable and even higher that of first-line antituberculosis drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Biological activity of new amino phospha betaines with C10–C18 alkyl groups
R. R. Davletshin,A. M. Gayneev,Ekaterina A. Ermakova,Natal’ya Davletshina,Irina V. Galkina,Kamil A. Ivshin,M. M. Shulaeva,O. K. Pozdeev +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , the structure of isopropyl (N-dodecyl-N,N- dimethylammoniomethyl)phosphonate was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
