Iconographies supplémentaires de l'article : Feasibility and clinical outcome of laparoscopic colorectal resection for endometriosis
Emile Daraï,Isabelle Thomassin,Emmanuel Barranger,Romain Detchev,Annie Cortez,Sydney Houry,Marc Bazot +6 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that laparoscopic segmental colorectal resection for endometriosis is feasible but carries a risk of major postoperative complications.
Journal ArticleDOI
European society of urogenital radiology (ESUR) guidelines: MR imaging of pelvic endometriosis
Marc Bazot,Nishat Bharwani,C. Huchon,Karen Kinkel,Teresa Margarida Cunha,Adalgisa Guerra,Lucia Manganaro,L. Buñesch,Aki Kido,Kaori Togashi,Isabelle Thomassin-Naggara,Andrea Rockall +11 more
TL;DR: Clinical guidelines for MRI evaluation of pelvic endometriosis are developed based on literature evidence and consensus expert opinion and minimal and optimal MRI acquisition protocols are provided.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting Data System Magnetic Resonance Imaging (O-RADS MRI) score for risk stratification of sonographically indeterminate adnexal masses.
Isabelle Thomassin-Naggara,Isabelle Thomassin-Naggara,E. Poncelet,Aurélie Jalaguier-Coudray,Adalgisa Guerra,Laure Fournier,Sanja Stojanovic,Ingrid Millet,Nishat Bharwani,Valérie Juhan,Teresa Margarida Cunha,Gabriele Masselli,Corinne Balleyguier,Caroline Malhaire,Nicolas Perrot,Elizabeth A. Sadowski,Elizabeth A. Sadowski,Marc Bazot,Patrice Taourel,Raphaël Porcher,Emile Daraï,Caroline Reinhold,Caroline Reinhold,Andrea Rockall,Andrea Rockall,Andrea Rockall +25 more
TL;DR: Applying the O-RADS MRI score in clinical practice may allow a tailored, patient-centered approach for adnexal masses that are sonographically indeterminate, preventing unnecessary surgery, less extensive surgery, or fertility preservation when appropriate, while ensuring preoperative detection of lesions with a high likelihood of malignancy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Limitations of transvaginal sonography for the diagnosis of adenomyosis, with histopathological correlation
TL;DR: To evaluate the accuracy of transabdominal sonography (TAS) and transvaginalSonography (TVS) for the diagnosis of adenomyosis, and to determine the diagnostic relevance of various sonographic criteria.
Journal ArticleDOI
Diffusion-weighted MR imaging of the breast: advantages and pitfalls.
Isabelle Thomassin-Naggara,C. De Bazelaire,Jocelyne Chopier,Marc Bazot,C. Marsault,Isabelle Trop +5 more
TL;DR: All clinical applications of diffusion weighted MR imaging (DWI) for breast pathology is reviewed including the effect of contrast administration, the choice of number of b and of b(max), the variation of diagnostic performance according to the type and the size of lesion studied.
