TL;DR: In this article, a monomeric yellow green fluorescent protein, mNeonGreen, derived from a tetrameric fluorescent protein from the cephalochordate Branchiostoma lanceolatum, was described.
Journal ArticleDOI
PARP1- and CTCF-Mediated Interactions between Active and Repressed Chromatin at the Lamina Promote Oscillating Transcription
Honglei Zhao,Emmanouil G. Sifakis,Noriyuki Sumida,Lluís Millan-Ariño,Barbara A. Scholz,J. Imreh,Anita Göndör +20 more
TL;DR: An inter-chromosomal network connecting active loci enriched in circadian genes to repressed lamina-associated domains (LADs) is uncovered, finding that PARP1 and CTCF-regulated contacts between circadian loci and the repressive chromatin environment at the lamina mediate circadian transcriptional plasticity.
