XTRACT - Standardised protocols for automated tractography in the human and macaque brain.
Shaun Warrington,Katherine L. Bryant,Alexandre A. Khrapitchev,Jerome Sallet,Marina Charquero-Ballester,Gwenaëlle Douaud,Saad Jbabdi,Rogier B. Mars,Stamatios N. Sotiropoulos,Stamatios N. Sotiropoulos,Stamatios N. Sotiropoulos +10 more
TL;DR: A new software package with a library of standardised tractography protocols devised for the robust automated extraction of white matter tracts both in the human and the macaque brain, demonstrating that these protocols are robust against data quality, generalisable across two species and reflect the known anatomy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Post-traumatic stress influences the brain even in the absence of symptoms: A systematic, quantitative meta-analysis of neuroimaging studies
Eloise A. Stark,Eloise A. Stark,Christine E. Parsons,T J van Hartevelt,T J van Hartevelt,Marina Charquero-Ballester,Marina Charquero-Ballester,H McManners,Anke Ehlers,Alan Stein,Morten L. Kringelbach +10 more
TL;DR: It is suggested that trauma has a measurable, enduring effect upon the functional dynamics of the brain, even in individuals who experience trauma but do not develop PTSD.

XTRACT - Standardised protocols for automated tractography and connectivity blueprints in the human and macaque brain
Shaun Warrington,Katherine L. Bryant,Katherine L. Bryant,Alexandre A. Khrapitchev,Jerome Sallet,Marina Charquero-Ballester,Gwenaëlle Douaud,Saad Jbabdi,Rogier B. Mars,Rogier B. Mars,Stamatios N. Sotiropoulos,Stamatios N. Sotiropoulos,Stamatios N. Sotiropoulos +12 more
TL;DR: A new toolbox and library of standardised tractography protocols devised for the robust automated extraction of white matter tracts both in the human and the macaque brain are presented, demonstrating that these protocols are robust against data quality, generalisable across two species and reflect the known anatomy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Different types of COVID-19 misinformation have different emotional valence on Twitter
TL;DR: Looking at comparisons of emotional valence for different types of misinformation uncovered that misinformation related to “virus” and “conspiracy” had a more negative valence than “cures,” “vaccine,’ “politics,“ and “other”.
Journal ArticleDOI
One-year changes in brain microstructure differentiate preclinical Huntington's disease stages.
Chris Patrick Pflanz,Marina Charquero-Ballester,D.S. Adnan Majid,Anderson M. Winkler,Emmanuel Vallée,Adam R. Aron,Mark Jenkinson,Gwenaëlle Douaud +7 more
TL;DR: Diffusion imaging may detect early signs of inflammation preceding degeneration in patients with preHD and non-monotonic effect driven by MD decrease in FAR group and increase in MID/NEAR is found.
