Variation of sperm size and evolution of giant spermatozoa in Lonchopteridae (Diptera).

TL;DR: In this article , a phylogenetic hypothesis of the genus Lonchoptera is proposed based on some discrete morphological characters and a molecular tree derived from DNA barcodes, and the occurrence of giant spermatozoa is compared to convergent occurrences reported in other taxa.
Journal Article

First record of the snapping shrimp, Automate branchialis Holthuis & Gottlieb, 1958 for Croatian waters (Decapoda, Alpheidae)

Bruno 1 regulates cytoskeleton dynamics and a temporal splicing transition to promote myofibril assembly, growth and maturation in Drosophila flight muscle

TL;DR: In this article , a conserved function for Bru1 (Bru1, Arrest), a CELF1/2 family homolog in Drosophila, during early muscle myogenesis was reported.

Challenges for Achieving Supply Chain Resilience and Transparency within CoyPu
