How to establish and maintain a multimodal animal research dataset using DataLad

TL;DR: In this paper , a step-by-step protocol to perform version control and remote collaboration for large multimodal datasets is presented, which facilitates the adoption of FAIR data logistics and processing workflows by making raw and processed data available and providing the technical infrastructure to independently reproduce the data processing steps.

Portrayed emotions in the movie "Forrest Gump" [version 1; peer review: 2 approved]

TL;DR: In this article , the authors presented a dataset with a description of portrayed emotions in the movie Forrest Gump, in either audio or audio-visual formats, with a total of 12 observers independently annotated emotional episodes regarding their temporal location and duration.
Journal ArticleDOI

In Situ Observation of Epitaxial Li-Si-Nanostructure Formation on Si(111)

TL;DR: In this paper, the formation kinetics of lithium-silicon phases were studied in a molecular beam epitaxy environment under ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) conditions, where a heated Si(111) substrate was exposed to an incoming l...
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural properties of Co$_{2}$TiSi films on GaAs(001)

TL;DR: In this article, columnar growth is attributed to inhomogeneous epitaxial strain from non-random alloying, leading to anisotropic ordering with the best order parallel to the axes of the columns.
