Journal ArticleDOI

De novo epilepsy after microsurgical resection of brain arteriovenous malformations.

TL;DR: De novo epilepsy after bAVM resection occurs at an annual cumulative risk of 9%, with potentially long-term onset, and younger age may be a risk factor in patients who present with rupture.
Journal ArticleDOI

Automatic Inference of Sequence from Low-Resolution Crystallographic Data.

TL;DR: This work proposes a fully automated computational approach to assign sequence at low resolution, based on the surprising observation that standard reciprocal-space indicators are sensitive enough to detect an erroneous sequence assignment of even a single backbone position.
Posted ContentDOI

Residence time analysis on cerebral aneurysms treated with coils using planar-laser-induced fluorescence and computational fluid dynamics

TL;DR: The comparison of the numerical and the experimental results shows that the coil-resolved model reproduces the hemodynamics of the experimental setup, and can be used as a reference to study hemodynamics in the treated aneurysm or to validate porous media models developed for treatment outcomes prediction.
Book ChapterDOI

Simulating the Dynamics of the DNA Double Helix in Solution

TL;DR: In this paper, a three-dimensional structure of DNA was obtained from single-crystal diffraction (Drew et al., 1981) and since then, there have been over two hundred A, B and Z form DNA double-helical structures deposited in the Brookhaven Protein Data Bank.
