Simultaneous Strontium Doping and Chlorine Surface Passivation Improve Luminescence Intensity and Stability of CsPbI3 Nanocrystals Enabling Efficient Light-Emitting Devices.
Min Lu,Xiaoyu Zhang,Yu Zhang,Jie Guo,Xinyu Shen,William W. Yu,William W. Yu,Andrey L. Rogach +7 more
TL;DR: The simultaneous Sr2+ ion doping and surface Cl- ion passivation result in the enhanced photoluminescence quantum yield, elongated emission lifetime, and improved stability of CsPbI3 perovskite NCs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spontaneous Silver Doping and Surface Passivation of CsPbI3 Perovskite Active Layer Enable Light-Emitting Devices with an External Quantum Efficiency of 11.2.
Min Lu,Xiaoyu Zhang,Xue Bai,Hua Wu,Xinyu Shen,Yu Zhang,Wei Zhang,Weitao Zheng,Hongwei Song,William W. Yu,William W. Yu,Andrey L. Rogach +11 more
TL;DR: Doping plays the beneficial role of passivating surface defect states of CsPbI3 nanocrystals, which results in increased photoluminescence quantum yield, elongated emission lifetime, and improved stability of perovskite films.
Journal ArticleDOI
